The visa to enter Myanmar issued by the embassies of Myanmar military junta will not be recognized by the State Governments of the Federal Union of Burma.

စစ်ကောင်စီသံရုံးများကထုတ်‌ ပေး သောပြည်၀င်ခွင့်ဗိဇာကိုဖက်ဒရယ်ပြည်‌ ထောင်စုမြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ပြည်နယ်အစိုးရများကအသိအမှတ်မပြုသဖြင့်ပြည်နယ်အတွင်းဝင်ခွင့်ပြုခြင်းနှင့်ကင်းလွတ်ခြင်းကိုအောက်ပါအတိုင်းလုပ် ဆောင်ရမည်။

Without possession of the entry permit issued by the State Governments of Federal Union of Burma, the illegal entry to the territories of the State Governments of the Federal Union of Burma will happen to the breach of the immigration laws of the Federal Union of Burma which can result the appropriate action being faced by the offenders.

The entry permit of the foreigners must be acquired from the following State Governments.

Kachin State --KIO Government and KIA

Karen State -KNU Government and Kawthoolei Army

Rakhine State - Rakhine Government and Arakan Army.

Chin State - Chin Federal Union 

Karenni State - Karenni State Government .

Myanmar State ( Yangon Division,Mandalay Division,Saggaing Division,Magwe Division, Bago Division,Thanintharyi Division,Ayeyarwaddy Division )- NUG or Local People Defence Forces of the place.

တရားမဝင်ဝင် ရောက်ပါကပြည်နယ်အစိုးရနှင်ွပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ် ရေးတပ်များကနှင်ထုတ်မည်။

ကင်းလွတ်ချက် 

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားအားလုံးကိုမြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားအဖြစ်သတ်မှတ်သဖြင့်သီ:သန့်ဝင်ခွင့်မလိုပါ။

တော်လှန်ရေးကိုအား ပေး ထောက်ခံ‌သည့် ‌ နိင်ငံများ၏နိုင်ငံသားများ

That requirement is exempted for

1/ All ex Myanmar citizens because all Ex Myanmar citizens are now recognized as Citizens of Myanmar.

2/The citizens of the foreign countries which support the Spring Revolution of Myanmar.
